RADIO BROADCAST #883
03-06–26
Fanatic! I hope you had a tremendous week. It looks from all the budding trees in my neighborhood, that spring is underway. I don’t mind having the cold weather behind me.
Last night, I listened to an album by our good pal and sonic ally Stephen O’Mally, released last year called But Remember What You Have Had. If you’re a fan of his guitar assault unit SUNN 0))), this is a slightly more Avant offering. I dig all of his solo records and this is yet another great installment.

Back in February, Heather The Jerk released a new collection of music called Scroll If You Love Devil. She’s great. We’ll be starting tracks soon. https://heatherthejerk.bandcamp.com/album/scroll-if-you-love-devil
Snooper has seen fit to release the demos they made for their Worldwide album. Really good.

On April 24, Optic Sink has a new release called Relentless Metamorphosis. I pre-ordered mine yesterday. This band is always interesting. https://opticsink.bandcamp.com/album/relentless-metamorphosis
There are a lot of great records coming out this year. We’ve got some great listening to look forward to.
Tonight we have what you hopefully will find to be a great soundtrack to start your weekend. The last few weeks, I found myself listening to a lot of Dion Lunadon’s music. I never get tired of him. I thought tonight we should go back to that great track he put out a few months ago. We have it in our first hour. Oh, that reminds me, you will see the Smoked Salmon track in hour one. That’s none other than the great Kim Salmon. Definitely worth checking out. The record was released today. https://kimsalmon.bandcamp.com/album/freudian-slippers
We hope you have a great weekend and that you get a lot of music listened to. As is the usual, we are finishing up work on next week’s show and it’s going to be great. Please tune in if you can. Have a fantastic night of listening and STAY FANATIC!!!
